Founder, Technical Colouring and Balayage Specialist
Ellen is the founder of Steadman & Co, which opened in February 2020! Her passion for hairdressing started very young and has grown ever since! Opening her dream hairdressing salon in Peterborough with the ability to offer a wider range of services at a higher standard for her clientele was her main priority.
It’s all about the experience from beginning to end with comfort and enjoyment at the heart of her priorities. Ellen’s favorite part about hairdressing is technical colouring, balayage & colour corrections- her talents have gained her thousands of followers on social media and a large loyal client base that travel from across the country including red carpet celebrities!

Lucy is an emerging stylist here at Steadman & Co which means she has undergone intensive training by ourselves as well as at Wella HQ in London! Lucy is building her clientele however she has built it up very well! If your looking for a new transformation, Lucy is your stylist!

Hey, I’m Hayley 🤍I’m a self-employed senior stylist specialising in bold, funky colours and lived-in hair that feels effortless but still makes a statement.
I love creating everything from vivid transformations and creative colour placements to soft, blended brunettes and blondes. My goal is always to create hair that feels personal, modern and confidence boosting while keeping the hair healthy.
