Ellen Steadman
Founder, Technical Colouring and Balayage Specialist
Ellen is the founder of Steadman & Co, which opened in February 2020! Her passion for hairdressing started very young and has grown ever since! Opening her dream hairdressing salon in Peterborough with the ability to offer a wider range of services at a higher standard for her clientele was her main priority.
It’s all about the experience from beginning to end with comfort and enjoyment at the heart of her priorities. Ellen’s favorite part about hairdressing is technical colouring, balayage & colour corrections- her talents have gained her thousands of followers on social media and a large loyal client base that travel from across the country including red carpet celebrities!

Millie
Stylist/Balayage & bridal specialist
Millie is a dedicated, enthusiastic and passionate Stylist. Incredibly, at 15 years old Millie got selected to represent her college at the Lee Stafford Education Hairdresser of the Year 2018.
Millie has worked and trained with some of the industries top professionals and has been trained especially by Ellen covering all aspects of colour work especially our signature looks. Millie is super friendly, bubbly and most of all cares about your experience in the salon, and really prides herself on making sure you leave looking like a superstar!
Millie has developed into an incredible stylist with a huge demand for her services.

Junior Stylist
Emily has recently joined Steadman and co & has already dived straight in!
Emily's favourite service within our industry is learning our advance colouring techniques! She gets super excited to see the end results after assisting Ellen! Emily is now taking on her own clients after shadowing Ellen for quite some time & she now feels she is ready to spread her hair creativity wings!

Lucy
Hairdressing Trainee/ Junior stylist
Lucy has been with Steadman & Co since January 2022 and is already making her mark within the salon! Lucy's dedication to the salon and hairdressing really shows day in day out. Especially as every week she comes in with a new hair colour! So far our favourite has been the dusty pink fringe!
Lucy has recently qualified & is now part taking in extensive Steadman & Co training to prepare her for the salon floor! Currently Lucy is building her confidence & skills further therefore if you need a wash & blow dry, Lucy is your girl!

Hayley is a Self Employed senior stylist & has been part of the Steadman & Co family since April 2021.
With over 15 years experience in hairdressing and various cutting and colour programs (inc. Wella Masters), she loves everything hair, from bridal/hair up to extensions but her main passion in hairdressing is colouring changes and corrections.

Technical Cutting & Colouring
Vicki is currently a self employed senior stylist here at Steadman & Co with over 20 years of experience in the hairdressing industry. Being a hairdresser from a young age it has allowed her to grow in strength and still upholds the same passion to this day. Whilst working side by side at Steadman & Co since it opened in February 2020, Vicki now specialises in technical cutting and colouring. However, just like the rest of the team she continuously loves to learn new techniques & keep up with the latest trends.

Chloe has continued within her education & attended many courses with widely known hairdressers. Chloe's super talent is transforming her clients hair into fresh, luminous, clean & healthy blondes. Although Chloe's favourite service to do is blondes she also loves creating amazing colours such as silky brunettes!

Zaneta is from Lithuania & if fluent in both English & Lithuanian which means she can listen to your hair needs & discuss your desired outcome!

With these additional services, Steadman and Co now offers an even broader spectrum of treatments. Furthermore, Eve excels in makeup artistry, completing her repertoire of skills.
